Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. SPMI+ is for any athlete looking to take their performance to the next level. We have professional and olympic athletes who are some of the top athletes in the world in their sport and still go through the program. It’s because these athletes understand that even small percentages in improvement make a significant positive impact in their performance and future. With SPMI+ you will be able to take your talents even further.

Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial where you may have full access to every course, activity and more!

Just like other aspects of sports training, athletes need to dedicate time working on the mind. We recommend at least 15-minutes per day, 3-days a week. This may include completing a lesson from one of the master class courses  and engaging in an end of course activity or reviewing one of the course digital workbooks.

SPMI+ is a 1 year program. When you sign up to SPMI+ you will have access to the program for a full 365-days. It is up to you as the athlete to consistently log in and work on your mental game. Results vary pending on every athlete’s commitment level. It is possible to finish the program multiple times throughout the year and is even encouraged in order to develop the highest level of mental toughness proficiency.

This program was designed specifically for athletes and not for parents. However, parents may join their athlete to help them get started if necessary. We do not encourage parents to get too involved in their athletes’ program as it often results in a negative result due to the athlete feeling added pressure to perform well. No matter how positive you are as a parent, the emotional region of an athlete’s brain is very fragile under pressure and often times athletes perform worse when parents are involved.

At the moment, there is not a parent training program.
