Absolutely. SPMI+ is for any athlete looking to take their performance to the next level. We have professional and Olympic athletes who are some of the top athletes in the world in their sport and still go through the program. It’s because these athletes understand that even small percentages in improvement make a significant positive impact in their performance and future. With SPMI+ you will be able to take your talents even further.
Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial where you may have full access to every course, activity and more!
Just like other aspects of sports training, athletes need to dedicate time working on the mind. We recommend at least 15-minutes per day, 3-days a week. This may include completing a lesson from one of the master class courses and engaging in an end of course activity or reviewing one of the course digital workbooks.
SPMI+ is a 1-year program. When you sign up to SPMI+ you will have access to the program for a full 365-days. It is up to you as the athlete to consistently log in and work on your mental game. Results vary pending on every athlete’s commitment level. It is possible to finish the program multiple times throughout the year and is even encouraged in order to develop the highest level of mental toughness proficiency.
This program was designed specifically for athletes and not for parents. However, parents may join their athlete to help them get started if necessary. We do not encourage parents to get too involved in their athletes’ program as it often results in a negative result due to the athlete feeling added pressure to perform well. No matter how positive you are as a parent, the emotional region of an athlete’s brain is very fragile under pressure and often times athletes perform worse when parents are involved.
At the moment, there is not a parent training program.
Immediately after you join, you will have full access to every mental toughness topic. Ranging from confidence and mindset to goal setting and mastering pressure, to self-talk, visualization, and more! Get ready to build mental strength in every aspect of your sport.
Once you sign up you will have 7-days of full access for free. After the 7-days your credit card will be charged in the amount of $52. This charge will give you full access to the program for 1 year. That’s just $1 a week for mental training. During the-7 day trial period you may cancel at any time by emailing us at support@spmiplus.com and title the message “Cancel Trial”. Your access will be terminated immediately and you will no longer have access to the program. After the 7-day trial period ends the program is no longer refundable.
One-on-one training sessions are a separate service from SPMI+ and may be purchased by emailing us at support@spmiplus.com. Please make sure to send us your name, sport, and contact information (phone number) and we will be more than happy to get in contact with you within 24-hours to setup 1-on-1 sessions.
SPMI+ was not designed to address coaching issues. However, we strongly recommend coaches to sign up their athletes or teams to the program. Many sports teams and organizations include SPMI+ for their athletes and have seen significant improvements in their performance.
No. With SPMI+ you will receive a comprehensive masterclass packed with over 80 lessons and activities that target sports specific areas that athletes of all sports struggle with. This means that you will learn critical mental skills and techniques that you will be able to successfully apply into your training no matter which sport you compete in.
Yes, we encourage athletes to be at least 12 years of age. This is due to the cognitive nature of the program and requires younger athletes to fully understand the concepts discussed as well as utilize all of the program benefits. Many children under the age of 12 struggle with attentional focus and accountability. There is no age too old as we have athletes who join who are in their 70’s and beyond! This program is for anyone who wants to become better, reach their goals, and start enjoying the sport more.
